The project focused on making the apartment more functional and better suited to the owners’ way of life through a series of bespoke interventions.
In the living room, a custom-designed low unit runs along the wall, deliberately understated to provide a setting for the owners’ art and objects. In the bedroom, a continuous bespoke composition brings together a desk, storage, headboard and integrated bedside tables.
The kitchen was refreshed with new cabinet fronts and worktops, together with an additional unit creating a transition between the kitchen and living area.
The bathrooms were also redesigned using polished plaster. In one of them, a panoramic wallpaper featuring Asian vegetation reflects the owners’ years spent living in Asia, bringing a more personal dimension to the project.
